We went 1-0 last night with a push, improving to 5-1 in the Stanley Cup playoffs and 13-3-3 in our last 19 bets. It’s been a great run of late, that’s for sure.
The win came on the Islanders, who fought back from a 3-1 deficit to beat the Panthers 4-3 in OT. We pushed on the Predators/Ducks Over 5 for the second time in that series, with Nashville surprising Anaheim 3-2 to take a 2-0 series lead back to Tennessee.
3 games tonight, and they all feature teams trying to avoid 0-3 series holes. It’s often instinct to take those teams because they “have to win”, but we’re not sure the Flyers, Wild or even Kings can turn things around tonight. But we don’t love the odds on the Capitals, Stars (we were close to taking them) or Sharks, either, so we’re just going with 1 Over/Under tonight instead.
Good luck with your bets.

We won with the Under 5 in Game 2, and we’ll take another shot at it as the series shifts to San Jose.
LA’s obviously desperate and in the past, when the Kings have been in cold streaks and trying to turn things around, they usually focus on their own end first. LA doesn’t score many goals (they ranked 11th among all playoff teams in goals for this season) and they know that their best chance of winning is by shutting down the opposition.
With the stakes so high, we envision a 2-1, 3-1 or maybe even 1-0 game tonight. We’ll be cheering for San Jose, but feel better about taking the Under instead.
