NHL Betting Tips For Tuesday, November 8

Jon and Derek

We didn’t have a Best Bet yesterday, but our leans were 2-1 and are now 12-7-1 since we started posting them Saturday.

In case you didn’t notice on the weekend, we decided to try posting breakdowns and opinions on all games on the board instead of just putting out picks and writeups on 1-3 games per day. We think that brings a lot more value to everyone, including ourselves – especially if you want to chime in with your own picks and reasons for them in the discussion area below. It’d be great if you’d let us know what you think of the new format.

Tonight sees 12 games in the NHL and we spent about 3 hours jotting down notes and comparing stats and opinions on all of them. We came up with a variety of leans, from first period plays to team totals to Over/Unders to regulation time puck line bets, with a big underdog moneyline play sprinkled in.

We’ve also got 2 Best Bets for tonight, which you’ll find at the top of the writeups, followed by breakdowns and leans of the other 8 games. Good luck.

Odds below are at the time we made the pick. Be sure to check out our live odds page for updated odds on today’s games.
