There are 12 games on the NHL schedule today, including an afternoon start in Detroit between the former Central Division rival Blues and Red Wings.
We went 1-2 last night, dropping both of our pre-game bets but hitting a +149 live bet winner on the Golden Knights/Predators Over 5.5 (posted on Twitter during the first intermission). That bet didn’t look good for much of the night, but Vegas scored late in regulation to tie the game 3-3, then won in a shootout.
In case you were wondering, we chose to go the live betting route in that game because both teams play relatively low-scoring first periods and we thought we could get a much better number after 20 minutes. Fortunately it worked out. By the way, 23 of the last 26 Vegas games have featured at least 5 goals or more, something to keep in mind for live betting in the future.
In tonight’s action, we’re going with 3 road underdogs on the first period moneylines. Good luck if you’re tailing along on any of them, or whatever else you bet today as well.
Odds below are at the time we made the pick. Be sure to check out our live odds page for updated odds on today’s games.
