There are 11 games on the NHL slate today, but it’s arguable that there really isn’t a marquee matchup to be excited about. Six of the 11 contests feature favourites of -150 or higher on the moneyline, and there aren’t any games in which both teams would be in the playoffs if the season ended today.
In other words, it’s a perfect day to bet on some hockey. That’s the great thing about betting — it’ll quickly add some excitement to even an Islanders/Coyotes clash in the dead of winter.
Speaking of Isles/Yotes, we’re not invested in that contest ourselves but we came close (Robin Lehner in net was enough to keep us off the Under). We are in action on four other games, however, which you can read about below.
Good luck with whatever you bet!
