It looks like a great day of action in the NHL today with 11 games on the board, including three afternoon starts.
If you’re not familiar with betting the Grand Salami, it’s when you bet on the total number of goals that will be scored on a given day in the NHL. We don’t ever play it ourselves ,but if there’s a day to bet the Over, we think it’s today as we see potential for goals in almost every game on today’s NHL slate. (By the way, 5Dimes is listing the Grand Salami today at 66.5 goals, which is an average of roughly 6 per contest.)
We’ve both got busy days with the family ahead (one of us will be subjected to having to watch the new Grinch movie this afternoon) so we’re getting today’s post out earlier than usual. Goaltender info probably won’t be as reliable, so you may want to double-check on those before placing any wagers of your own.
Good luck!
