NHL Betting Tips For Tuesday, March 13

Jon and DerekAfter taking the weekend off to clear our heads, it was nice to enjoy a 2-0 Monday with winners on the Vegas/Philadelphia Under 6 and the Capitals moneyline over the Jets.

There are 7 more games on the Tuesday NHL slate, including several with significant playoff implications. Colorado visits the Wild in a matchup of teams battling it out for a wild card spot in the Western Conference, while the Kings, Stars and Flames have a chance to pick up ground tonight as they face teams who aren’t in playoff contention.

The Dallas/Montreal game is especially fascinating as the Stars are huge road favourites despite having a sub-.500 record on the road and struggling through a huge offensive slump. Much has been made about Alexander Radulov’s return to Montreal and the emotion that will bring, but don’t underestimate Canadiens goaltender Antti Niemi wanting to play well against the Stars team that put him on waivers at the end of last season.

We’re backing the Canadiens and the Oilers tonight, and may add a third bet once the goalies are confirmed in the Los Angeles/Arizona clash. Good luck tonight!

Odds below are at the time we made the pick. Be sure to check out our live odds page for updated odds on today’s games.
