NHL Betting Tips For Thursday, March 1

Jon and DerekA clash between the Penguins and Bruins in Boston highlights an 8-game card tonight in the National Hockey League.

Tampa Bay at Dallas also has the potential to be a great game, but the Lightning is expected to start backup netminder Louis Domingue and could also be without Nikita Kucherov. The Stars are around -150 favourites to take down the top team in the NHL standings, and we agree Dallas should get the job done in that one.

A solid February concluded last night with an easy winner on the Rangers/Canucks First Period Over 1.5, which cashed before the game was 3 minutes old. Even though we stumbled a bit over the past week with a 4-6 record since Saturday, February’s picks closed at 33-21 for +10 units of profit.

Here’s hoping March gets off to a strong start as well. We’ve got 3 plays for tonight, plus opinions on the rest of the board below. Good luck!

Odds below are at the time we made the pick. Be sure to check out our live odds page for updated odds on today’s games.
