We lost our only tip last night as the Canucks defeated the Coyotes 2-1. Arizona outshot Vancouver 34-26 but was only able to manage a power-play goal in the second period.
Sorry for the late post today. Had to get my 1-year-old to the doctor this afternoon. Flu season just doesn’t seem to end.

Always nice to get good teams coming off a home loss, and that’s what we have here with the Blackhawks. Coach Quenneville wasn’t too pleased with Chicago’s loss to the Sharks the other night, and we expect a bounceback effort from the Hawks. Chicago is 21-6 at home, and -130 looks like a bargain.

This one seems pretty obvious. Boston allowed 55 shots and 9 goals the other night at home to the Kings. We’re sure the Bruins will try to tighten things up defensively, but it’s not easy to go from 9 goals against to 1 or 2 the next game on the road. 5 seems too low here.
