NHL Betting Tips For Monday, March 13

Jon and Derek

Back today after taking Sunday off. We split our 10 leans on Saturday, and pushed our Best Bet on the Capitals First Period Moneyline as they tied the Kings 1-1 in the opening 20 minutes in LA.

What’s going on these days in Washington? (We’re talking about the hockey team, not Trump.) Not only have the Caps lost 4 straight games, they’ve struggled to score goals for the past half a month. A 4-2 loss last night in Anaheim marked the 10th time in 12 games the Capitals have scored 2 goals or less.

It’ll set up an interesting game when the Wild visits Washington on Tuesday night. Minnesota’s been scuffling a bit of late as well so it should be a matchup of two hungry teams, which will be great to watch.

A busier than usual Monday tonight in the NHL with 8 games on the schedule. Here’s our favourite bet for today, followed by stats, trends and leans on the other 7 games on the board.

Good luck!
